Common Questions

My Yearly Review is Late, What Do I Do?

Send an email to your supervisor to check in on your review and CC Esau.

It can be as simple as:

“Hello, I submitted my paperwork for my yearly review on [Date you submitted your review]. I was curious if there are any updates on the status of my review?”

On this email, CC your Business Representative Esau Freeman at esauseiu@gmail.com. This lets your supervisor know that your Business Representative is aware your review is late, and often times, will escalate the issue more quickly. If you continue to have your review delayed, reach out to Esau to discuss the issue further. When your review and raise are instated, you should receive backpay for the wage differential.

Send an email to Esau at esauseiu@gmail.com documenting the situation including dates and details about the work you’ve been asked to perform out of classification or call him at (316) 617-1581. Esau will help you resolve the issue.
